The world of non-believers lost a great member and advocate and the world at large lost a brilliant comedian on Sunday. George Carlin died Sunday, 22 June 2008. He will be missed.

My favorite comedian of all time. He will be missed, and will never be forgotten. Since his death, HBO has been airing all his stand-up specials. I've had it on my TV every day since it started. I can't help but wonder though, did he roll over on the autopsy table, or scratch hiss balls after he died?
If you didn't know this, at the end of his special at Carnegie Hall he gave a full list of 259 "dirty" words, an I was bored enough to take them all down.
